What was your first job?
Working the counter and cash register at my parents’ flower shop as a teenager.
What did you want to be when you were younger?
An engineer, but while I was applying to universities in 2008 amid the crash, I became obsessed with everything Economics and Finance and have never looked back.
What is your favourite country that you’ve visited?
South Korea. It is easily one of the most beautiful countries I’ve visited, but their commitment to food is unparalleled. You could eat something new and delicious every day for a year and still not have tried half of what they have to offer.
